Only on Thursdays. Any other night, what you find on FOX is not a new Hell's Kitchen. The cooking hour moved from Wednesday to Thursday after MasterChef closed its season 16 run on Sept. 16, when Jake Kelley took the title.

Why is FOX skipping a week?
There was one dark Thursday before the premiere, and it was scheduling, not trouble: MasterChef held the Wednesday hour through Sept. 16, and Hell's Kitchen was always dated for the 24th.
Once the season is running, the more common reason for a missing Thursday is sports. FOX's fall calendar leans on football and, in October, the baseball postseason, and those can push an entertainment hour off the grid on short notice. When that happens, the change shows up in listings a few days out, and this page is where we note it.
What is season 25 actually about?
Eighteen chefs, none older than 25, cooking for a spot as Ramsay's next protege. It is the second time the show has capped the age of the field, after season 20.

What else is on while you wait?
Food Network's Halloween shows have wrapped up. Halloween Wars finished its all-stars season 16 on Sunday, Oct. 25, and Halloween Baking Championship finished season 12 on Monday, Oct. 26. Holiday Baking Championship takes the Monday 8 p.m. ET slot from Nov. 2, and Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking starts Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 8 p.m. ET.
Night by night, the whole season sits in the fall 2026 cooking schedule. The Great British Baking Show, Collection 14, has been on Netflix since Sept. 25 with a new episode every Friday, and the Bake Off release dates are tracked separately.
