Episodes reach Hulu the day after they air. Until Thursday the 24th, the only new competition hours on the grid are Halloween Wars on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET and Halloween Baking Championship on Monday at 9 p.m. ET, both on Food Network. The season 25 guide has the roster.

The gap is not a pre-emption and nothing was cancelled. FOX simply finished MasterChef first and left one empty Thursday before handing the hour over.

Why is FOX skipping a week?
Scheduling, not trouble. MasterChef occupied the Wednesday hour through Sept. 16, and Hell's Kitchen was always dated for the 24th.
Once the season is running, the more common reason for a missing Thursday is sports. FOX's fall calendar leans on football and, in October, the baseball postseason, and those can push an entertainment hour off the grid on short notice. When that happens, the change shows up in listings a few days out, and this page is where we note it.
What is season 25 actually about?
Eighteen chefs, none older than 25, cooking for a spot as Ramsay's next protege. It is the second time the show has capped the age of the field, after season 20.

Food Network is carrying the fall by itself for another week. Halloween Wars runs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET with its all-stars season, and Halloween Baking Championship follows Mondays at 9 p.m. ET, down to nine bakers after the premiere.
