What happened in the premiere?
Each chef plated a signature dish and Ramsay scored it from one to five. Six chefs hit a five: Diego, Joy, Miguel, Mya, Jonny G and Aiden. Aiden's pork chop was the last plate judged, and it put the men ahead by two points. Valentin's gnocchi and Sandra's lamb with couscous each got a two, the lowest marks of the night.
Blue's reward was an evening with past Hell's Kitchen winners and dinner with Ramsay. Red stayed behind to make jam from scratch for gift baskets.
