The gist: Merry Memories premieres Friday, Nov. 6, at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel. Lindura plays Michaela, an accountant minding her nephew while his mother is deployed, and Brendan Morgan plays Bryan, the substitute teacher who ends up helping with a Christmas scrapbook. Three encores are already on Hallmark's list, and the table above has each one.
It opens the fourth weekend of Countdown to Christmas 2026, one night after Mistletoe Murders returns for season 3. The weekend before closed with A Danish Christmas on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Who stars in Merry Memories?
Two names on Hallmark's cast page, plus one in its synopsis. Lindura and Brendan Morgan are the leads. The synopsis names Omi Fitzpatrick-Gonzales as Danny, the nephew whose school project drives the story; the cast page doesn't list him yet.
| Actor | Role | You may know them from |
|---|---|---|
| Lindura | Michaela | Sullivan's Crossing (Sydney Shandon); Believe in Christmas (Emilia Rhodes); Rodeo Christmas Romance (Maya Taylor) |
| Brendan Morgan | Bryan | The Handmaid's Tale; Hearts Around the Table (Evan James); Second Guessing Fate (Enzo) |
Yes, Lindura goes by one name, and that's how Hallmark credits her. Her network bio says she's based between Toronto and New York and made her TV debut as Sydney Shandon in Sullivan's Crossing. The bio also lists Disney's The Naughty Nine, two Paramount+ movies and Hallmark's Believe in Christmas from 2024. Rodeo Christmas Romance comes from TV Insider's credits list.
Morgan is from Pickering, Ontario. His Hallmark bio starts with Bachelor in Paradise Canada, then recurring parts on The Handmaid's Tale and The Big Cigar and a supporting role in Netflix's Meet Me Next Christmas. Hallmark viewers may place him faster as Evan James in the Hearts Around the Table movies from 2025. His lead in Second Guessing Fate, as Enzo, is the newest credit his bio and TV Insider agree on.
Who directed and wrote it? Hallmark's pages don't name anyone, and neither does TVLine's season list, so we're leaving that blank.
What is Merry Memories about?
Michaela is an accountant who likes things exact. When her brother needs help with his young son Danny over Christmas, she steps in, because Danny's mother is in the military and deployed for the holidays.
Danny's class assignment is a holiday scrapbook for his mom. His substitute teacher, Bryan, offers to help, and his loose, creative way of working runs straight into Michaela's need for control. Collecting moments for the book goes sideways more than once, and the mishaps turn into traditions.
Hallmark's synopsis says Michaela learns to live with imperfection while Bryan rethinks his life as a traveling substitute. That's the setup. We'll stop there and leave the ending to the movie.
When does Merry Memories air again, and where can you stream it?
Every date in the table at the top comes from the showtimes list on Hallmark Channel's page for the movie, checked Sunday, Oct. 11, at 10:12 a.m. ET. The network's day-by-day grid only reached Oct. 31 when we looked, so the November slots couldn't be cross-checked there and may still move.
The first encore comes the very next evening at 6/5c, then a late slot on Wednesday, Nov. 11, and an early-evening run on Thursday, Nov. 19. If you miss Friday night, Saturday at 6 p.m. Eastern is the quickest catch-up on the channel itself.
The movie page carries the tag "Streaming Next Day on Hallmark+," which points to Saturday, Nov. 7. Cord Cutters News reported on March 30, 2026, that the Hallmark+ app also carries live channel feeds, so check the app's lineup before the premiere. Otherwise, watching it as it airs takes Hallmark Channel through cable, satellite or a live TV package that carries it.
Where was Merry Memories filmed?
Hallmark hasn't said where it was filmed. The synopsis doesn't name a town either, so there's no setting to describe beyond a family Christmas and a school project. We found no network statement or local report on shooting locations as of Sunday, Oct. 11. We'll add the location here once Hallmark or a second outlet confirms it.
