The Christmas Eve Feast Cast and Premiere Date
Quick answer: Daniella Monet and Kevin McGarry star in The Christmas Eve Feast, which premieres Friday, Nov. 27, at 6/5c on Hallmark Channel. Hallmark says it streams on Hallmark+ the next day, Saturday, Nov. 28.
It is part of Countdown to Christmas 2026. Hallmark's movie page lists two airings so far: the premiere and a Sunday afternoon encore.
Who stars in The Christmas Eve Feast?
Hallmark's cast page lists two actors, and the Hollywood Reporter's 2026 Countdown to Christmas lineup names the same two as stars. Neither source names anyone else, so the table stops there.
| Actor | Role |
|---|---|
| Daniella Monet | Silvy |
| Kevin McGarry | Ethan |
What is The Christmas Eve Feast about?
Silvana "Silvy" Gianetti is the executive chef at a fancy New York restaurant, and she has lost her enthusiasm for the job. When her grandmother, Nonna, hurts her wrist, Silvy goes home to Boston's Italian North End to cook the family's Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner for Christmas Eve.
Also at the house is Ethan, a photographer who is recording local family traditions and has grown close to Nonna. Silvy and Ethan get off to a rough start, though Hallmark's description hints at a romance simmering. Each day before Christmas Eve, Silvy cooks pasta, struffoli and other Italian dishes with Nonna, her mom and her aunt, which makes her think about where she belongs. The ending stays under wraps here.
Where was The Christmas Eve Feast filmed?
Hallmark has not named a filming location in the pages we checked. The story is set in Boston's North End, per Hallmark's About page, but that is the setting, not a confirmed filming location. Neither Hallmark's movie and cast pages nor the Hollywood Reporter lineup say where it was shot. A confirmed location will go here when one is published.
When does The Christmas Eve Feast air again, and where can you stream it?
| Date | Eastern | Central | Airing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fri., Nov. 27 | 6 p.m. | 5 p.m. | Premiere |
| Sun., Nov. 29 | 2 p.m. | 1 p.m. | Encore |
We read these two showtimes on Hallmark Channel's page for the movie on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 10:12 a.m. ET. Hallmark's daily schedule pages for those dates don't list the movie yet, so the movie page is our one source for these times, and Hallmark can change them before air.
The Friday night broadcast is on Hallmark Channel itself, via cable, satellite or a live TV package. Hallmark+ is on demand, not a live channel, and the movie page says the film is "streaming next day" there.
